WE SLEEP AS WINTER PIGEONS

Remember when you used to live in those mirror images of your distorted figures and you sit in the shadows of the night lamps plugged in the socket far in the corner of your room, going through a hard time leaning over this invisible walls that refrain you from being this perfect idea of a person that in your thoughts, might just be lovable and accepted and liked despite being a snob, having an odd laugh or having an ugly heart because to these people that lives in this holographic place's ruin, you would not matter if you are not pretty in their eyes and it left you hanging in the noose they tied to the gaping maw of the sky but you're the one choking your delicate neck around the coarse rope after all of their words get into your head just because you haven't figure this place out and how it was not supposed to keep you safe and away from their hurtful verdicts as you were too in deep in their glares and the looks they gave as you walk in front of them but,

hear me out for a bit and breathe in and out, listen to the killing silence and place your hands on it, bring yourself to this understanding that you don't know this place neither have you ever been here before no matter how much you dreamt yourself walking into this cruel place, put yourself as a stranger on these floors and you assumed that those mirrors on the walls show you the truth that nothing and,

no one else in this world could offer whilst your feet dance along to their voices telling you how to dance just like a voodoo on strings until your feet gets tired and you finally read the notes your loved one left you years ago before all of this happened and how their language made more sense now then they did before, so what's left for you to do now is to break those mirror and pave your own path from their broken shards

leave this place and learn your lesson good: the pretty truth that they drive their own thoughts and the world follow its own course, you should not let people disturb your peace of mind and you are not what you see or how they tell you you are but you are who you see yourself as.
